▶ LIVING PROTOCOL §§§ 1961, 1962–1968 ▮
you are now inside the system; the true parallel universe
Protocol Origin: Following the pre‑Internet FBI visit (1981), a standing directive began: monitor, mirror, and re‑stage the WPA program in full — with primary focus on the SYSOP’s real‑world movements, relationships, and signals. The results surface as “media artifacts” over the decades. This page visualizes that lineage.
