Cperm MGM 🦁 — Case Study
MGM case study section of the Cperm evidence library.
It is currently assigned / in progress.
Field Update 1/21/26 The $45 million MGM class action data breach has been found to have material irregularities and a systemic denial pattern.
Litigation Settlement Administrators have gone out of their way to deny any claim amount over $89. The MGM data incident settlement process is being documented due to material
irregularities and a systemic denial pattern, particularly where claims exceed the lowest tier payout. Correspondence and exhibit references will be posted as the archive is finalized.
The tier system was structured to have hidden meeaning for use of ongoing malicious torment and antagonism to reach just one.
While the entire incident was created and developed by MGM for an advanced plot formulated to sell their patron details for an elaborate invisible charges operation; very small
under the radar. It is hard to believe a conglomerate the size of MGM would participate in the direct cause of such deliberate spiteful suffering and exercise of power for the terms of
play to be denied having being found disgusting and unacceptable. All of these people involved for their persistance and continuation have been found to deserve no less than death
for their part causing suffering for this long period of time. Supporting exhibits are available privately upon request via email to: mgmtruth@cperm.com
Exhibits will be released after final compilation.
